“I had 1 tyre which was wearing more on one edge, so had 2 new front tyres fitted elsewhere and didn't want uneven wear so booked it in for tracking, they put it on the ramp and checked the tracking, came back saying why did you bring this in,- I said - because 1 of my previous tyres was wearing more on 1 edge, guy says were they not the same tyres on front because that can cause uneven wear -[ different makes i said] anyway he said the tracking was only a fraction of a millimeter out and didn't warrant adjusting. so fair play to them because they could have just messed about looking like they were adjusting things to justify a payment, but no they were honest and no charge, quite refreshing nowadays to find such a company and will deffo use them again with confidence”
